How to use

Do I actually need a toner?
Think of T1 as the prep step. After cleansing, it restores the skin's pH and moisture balance and leaves it slightly damp and receptive — so the serum that follows absorbs instead of sitting on top. If a serum has ever felt like it “didn't work”, the step before it is often why.
Spray or cotton pad — which is better?
Both work. Spray directly onto the face for speed and comfort, or moisten a cotton pad and sweep gently to pick up the last traces of cleanser. Use morning and evening, on face and neck.
Does it contain alcohol or fragrance?
No SD-alcohol and no artificial fragrance — so no sting and no tight after-feel. With chamomile to calm visible redness, it's one of the friendliest steps in the range for sensitive skin.
Can I use it during the day, over makeup?
